Issues with child seat adapters

This is an incomplete review as I am still pregnant with my twins and have not used the stroller yet. We had no issues with the stroller itself (easy assembly) but we did have issues with the Mountain Buggy website, customer support, and child seat adapters. When I tried to register the stroller online, the website kept blocking me. I had to call customer service who directed me to their tech support who never answered me. My husband then created a separate entrance to check in but encountered the same issue. , He contacted customer service via email and we were able to register the stroller that way. However, the problem with our website is still not solved (after a few months) so when accessing the website I get immediately banned for just g , even online customer service. Our next issue is about child seat adapters. We purchased this post-2014 Duet V3 and Graco Snugride 35 Click Connect car seat. According to the Mountain Buggy website, these two items can be connected using the Clip 30V2 adapter. We received this adapter and it says 30V2 on the adapter itself and in the instructions. Unfortunately the instructions don't make sense. If you comply, the adapters will not fit the stroller frame. There is also a small pad that is designed to screw into a hole in the frame, but our frame doesn't have such a hole. We contacted customer service again who referred me to a more specialized customer service department. They are expected to email me but it's been a week and still no response. In the meantime I've been looking online for Clip 30 instructions that show the same details as our Clip 30V2. The Clip 30 instructions are better drawn and we were able to install the adapters using the better instructions from another adapter. We had one piece left that didn't have a screw hole. It appears to be a piece designed to fit under one of the adapter's clips, which slides down the frame a bit. We just stick it on the frame and that's it. I expect we'll be happy with the stroller now that it's fully assembled and ready to use, but be careful you may have trouble attaching the adapters and may need to do your own improvisation. Also, with Clip 30V2 adapters attached and Graco Sungride 35 Click Connect car seats installed, this stroller is 31 inches wide. It still fits through our front door, but it doesn't fit through or into the standard 30" interior door. our Honda Accord trunk unless we remove the adapters.

Pros
  • SO WIDE THAT A SINGLE BUYER MEASURES ONLY 25", the Mountain Buggy Duet is the same width as a single stroller and will fit through any standard door
