These bags have been handled quite aggressively and I have noticed how long it takes for the stitching to rip. Just don't pack it like an army duffel bag when moving between offices, and I doubt you'll weigh it down. It is heavily weatherproof and appears to have been accidentally insulated. Universality means there is unlikely to be a specific clip or mount that will fit your rack. As a solution, I went with small carabiners and a 550 cord, but this solution is anything but elegant on my Honda Shadow. Bags can be purchased but I'm always trying better ideas on how to tighten this up with a mount that's as low but strong as the rest of my trip.
