I must be a weak little woman (I have problems with my hands) because assembly seemed difficult to me. The tray stand was easy, but assembling the TV trays themselves was a lot harder than it should be. In my opinion. I used one of my own better handled screwdrivers; I was able to make one and it's strong, although I didn't think it would be. I never felt like I was tightening the screws for the tray (the part that goes to the legs and tray holders) enough. I have three more trays to collect and I'm in no hurry to collect them. Trays are as shown. The tray table is thick and sturdy. The legs and tray holder are made of metal, beautiful and durable. It's good. All parts were in stock, I didn't lose anything. It came with a "rascal" combo and a hex socket screwdriver/rascal. You need a villain to help you hold the nut and tighten the bolt. I like the tray. I would give 5 stars if assembly was as easy as I thought it would be. Everything else was advertising.
