Best customer service experience on any Best Buy product to date! I ordered the 12oz. white jar with airtight lid, but when it arrived, the rubber ring that seals the jar was missing so I contacted the company by email at the address on the card. Within a couple of hours I received a response, apologizing for the problem. They sent an entire new jar to me which I received within a week and am very pleased at how tight the seal is and the quality of the jar itself. I highly recommend this product and company and will purchase from them again. Please note that I have no affiliation with this company, nor am I receiving any benefit from writing this honest review.
