I bought my girlfriend a weighted blanket and after she raved and raved about it I decided to spend a lot of money and buy it for us. King size which is really hard - my husband has restless legs and I have a hard time falling asleep and staying awake. Not as much! After you lay down under this blanket and between warmth and heaviness, my spirit just merges with la la land. Rschunimagu. And while it's not a cure for restless legs, my husband said it certainly helps - he's definitely throwing and turning less.
