I can't say anything bad about these lightbulbs. I just had to write a 5 star review because I see so many people writing negative reviews and it's a shame. They work with both Google and Alexa. They give off a pleasant light. And I had no problems with them at all. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people who can't use it with a 2.4GHz WiFi setup. Another thing that I think frustrates people has to do with the Geeni app itself. The only problem I had was something I saw in the reviews. And it had to do with creating the sunrise/sunset scene. It seems all the city options were in Chinese (I'm told they're working on that). This shouldn't pose a problem as it could simply move away from your location instead. But in my case I had to manually go into the app permissions and enable location sharing. The app never asked me for it on startup :-/ But after that I had no problems with this setting. For the price you can't go wrong in my opinion! Another thing I love about the whole Geeni setup is that you have access to your bulbs, plugs and chambers from the same app. Although right now I only have a couple of lightbulbs and a camera setup. Next I'll order some plugs :-)
