I like that you have different levels for each type, so it's easy if someone else doesn't understand how everything works (or maybe they just want an overview). The interface could use some work - sometimes there are bugs or things don;t show up right away because we're not used yet with all these new features! Try using this tool as much before writing something negative about them!! Make sure everyone understands what level people need access too when creating accounts etc., especially since most services will ask permissions after signing-up but make users wait until later stages once their applications go live?
