This toner cartridge failed after a VERY short time. I don't use the color printer very often, so I haven't noticed the problem for several months. I feel guilty for not noticing sooner so I will not attempt to return it but I will definitely not be buying from this seller again. Update November 2020: After the first review, the seller got back to me, sent a good USB cable, and noted that they fixed the issue with their production and another purchase should be different. Out of curiosity I bought another one and it worked perfectly. I'm still not very impressed though. Why didn't they just send me a different toner instead of what I might not need? Worth upgrading from 1 star to 2, but not for repeat purchase.
