I LOVE THIS BAG! I was so excited when my bag arrived (<48 hours after I ordered it!). It was so securely packed/wrapped and arrived with no defects. The bag corresponds to the description. The skin is smooth and has a pleasant sheen. The zips are strong and I love the double zips on the two large pockets. The middle pocket with magnetic closure is perfect for quick storage (like keys, receipts or even a shoulder strap). I don't usually put my purse on the floor, but the metal feet are a great feature for keeping the bottom of the bag clean. I bought a black purse and was delighted to find the dark chocolate inside. I'm a fan of the structured look. This bag has clean lines. Looks classy and stylish. If you prefer softer, hobo-style bags, this bag isn't for you. It's big enough to neatly store all my belongings (including tablet, wallet, 2 phones, makeup bag, sunglass case, keys, my daughter's crayons, etc.) and I don't have to worry about thick items. into the skin. In my opinion the bag is not very heavy. However, I carry a lot with me and am used to a heavier bag. The shoulder strap is great because I can have my hands free when I need it - it's also adjustable, with 5 holes. This is my first Heshe bag. I was worried about buying something I couldn't touch, practicing carrying it on my shoulder, ripping/unzipping, trying to pack all my stuff, etc. - not to mention that it was a "don't." standard" brand. But this bag is good quality at a low price, especially when compared to some ridiculously expensive big name bags (some of which I also own). Overall I am very happy with this purchase and plan to purchase other Heshe styles.
