I have an 11lb Dell monitor that is smaller and lighter than the maximum specs and it won't stay at the right angle. It tilts forward slowly and evenly, making it very uncomfortable to look at no matter how tight I tighten it. I gave him a star. UPDATE I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from the company. They were very concerned and eager to help resolve the issue. When a company cares about its customers and its product, it's only possible to be content to step in so quickly and make things right. I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars.
