This weighted blanket is the best you can have. I have trouble sleeping after brain surgery and the first night I used it I slept from 10pm to 8am. I usually toss and turn, but this keeps my body calm and relaxed, allowing me to get some much-needed rest. It's not soft, but it's not hard either, it's a nice heavy blanket lol. It keeps me nice and warm when I use it. Indispensable for those with sleeping problems or anxiety. Great price, many of them are MUCH more expensive. So don't hesitate, buy this weighted blanket
