I got this toy for my son for Christmas. he was 6 months then even tho it says 12. There is nothing he can choke on or hurt himself on. He pulls on the felt on the veggies all the time & it goes no where! He literally plays with it for hours! Of course at first he could only pull the veggies out but now he's almost 8 months & he's starting to be able to get them back in sometimes! Practice makes perfect! This toy isn't loud & obnoxious & the paint is great & doesn't chip. It's easy to clean & we just love this toy & would recommend it to anyone! For their own baby or for a gift. It's a great activity they can play with for a long time! I'm so glad I bought it for my son.
