I've been using this pack for about a month now. Like most things from Osprey, this backpack is pretty well thought out, with quality materials and craftsmanship. I love that it has a separate padded pocket for my 15 inch laptop and another pocket that can hold an iPad at the same time. It has plenty of storage space for extra clothes and other small items, 2 external pockets for water bottles and external elastic straps for lights. jacket or bike helmet. I just discovered that there is a hidden port under the carry handle that can be used for a hydrator, charging cable or headphone cable. It can definitely be used for weekend trips if you travel light. This is a great everyday or day hiking backpack which I think it was designed for. This is not a "long hike, mountaineering or mountain biking" type backpack. The shoulder straps, the hip belt and the back pad are not designed for this and do not offer sufficient support. although due to the quality it could probably be used as a last resort for that. and clothing can become quite heavy and put a lot of strain on the sewing and attachment points. 3.) Inside pocket with zip (lockable?) for other electronics, power packs, chargers, keys, cables, etc. . and add a layer of security to items like wallets, phones, etc. I highly recommend this package.
