Snaps easily into place

This lid is very pretty and smooth with a matte finish. (mine is dark blue). However, the fingerprints that appear on it are crazy! I saw a reviewer use napkins to make it look good again and yes it works! I wouldn't use chlorox wipes, but baby wipes are best for restoring the shine. The bottom and top covers snap together perfectly - if you follow the diagram in the instructions.
