App and device work great together. It was easy to set up and the app is easy to use. Just press the locate button and the device will start beeping. Facilitates the search for a lost item. There is a setting where the phone and device will start beeping when they lose connection. So if you leave the house without a key, you will know immediately. I read that someone liked to put them on their child to keep them from straying too far. The instructions were a bit confusing, but selecting 'Open Lost Memory' activates the feature. If you choose Close Lost Reminder, it will turn off and you won't be notified if you move too far from your device. The selfie function is handy and needs to be started from the app. It is nicely packaged and comes with two spare batteries. You can turn off this device if you don't need it to be on all the time.
