Helped prevent my child's flat feet. This is my baby at 4.5 months and 6 months. he was starting to develop a flat head in the back so i decided to pay for this pillow. It worked! He has a big head for his age (above percentile) so I bought an XXL pillow to make it last longer. It fits him perfectly and he's only slipped off the pillow once or twice while packing and playing. I'm not worried about him rolling his face on it because it's totally breathable. I was trying to suffocate, and yes, there was a constant flow of fresh air. This pillow was expensive but definitely worth it for my little one!
