Super excited to Super let down

So 1st let down which is no one's fault but own, is I actually thought it was a suede like material. 2nd my pen and pen loop were literally stuck to the binder. 3rd is its already peeling apart. It looks as though someone put something hot on it melted it. I tried taking good pictures but it was hard. Sucks I had to pay so much for something I'm going to have to return in such a short time.
