Works great - care should be taken on first use
The reason for the previous reviewer's problems was probably that he/she turned the shower on to full power before he/she fully used the filter let water soak. Like any filter, it is initially dry, after installing a new filter for the first time, slowly turn on the water to soak the filter, after which it will withstand the pressure well. I just installed it yesterday, so I'll write another review later to describe how effective the filter is.
