Case blocks critical ports

This case was bought for Lenovo 100e 2nd Gen. The case that was delivered was labeled "Droptech MTK Lenovo 100e Gen2 CB”. When installed, the case blocks the charging port and SD card reader edge on the left side of the Chromebook and blocks the headphone jack on the right side of the Chromebook. The case closes 2/3 of the cut-outs for the speakers from below, which makes the case practically unusable. To return.
