When I first tried the belt on, it was a little tight to pull the tongue through the buckle to clip the holder through the belt holes. I didn't notice it at first but after a moment saw where the chafing of the tongue on the buckle had caused the stain to brush off. It was disconcerting but I guess I can use brown shoe polish to cover the abrasions. Would not have expected this to happen to a belt of good quality.
