Doesn't work on LCDs

Didn't work. There was no backlight on the old screen, but you could see it with a flashlight. Switching between old and new and new didn't do anything, while the old partially still worked as before.

Pros

Troubleshooting 1. Be sure to test a new LCD with an iPad before gluing and sealing the front of the iPad. 2. Be sure to disconnect the battery cable connector before connecting the LCD. 3. Be sure to remove the plastic protective film from the LCD surface after testing and before sticking the front glass panel of iPad
