I had a few of these (and bought a lot for family members). I loved it. .but the quality has turned to rubbish. On / off quickly stops working. and it's a "sticky" nightmare. if you can't turn it off then it breaks completely. Most of the time you don't get to the point of turning it on or off. and the "head" holding the brush breaks easily. NOTHING like before. quality nose dipped. the newest died after a few months (not charged). All of this is WAY overpriced compared to the CHARACTER he has become. WHERE ARE THE QUALITY CONTROL PERSONS? So very very very disappointed
