I searched the internet for incense sticks because I used to burn them a lot and was looking for an alternative/additive to air fresheners. I found these - my former favorite! - and immediately bought them. They smell exactly as I remember them, with no sharp smoke/burnt smell and a pleasant if slightly understated lavender scent that doesn't linger too long once burned. about 20 minutes) and lack of wood at the end, resulting in burns on the included incense holder and a leftover piece of incense that I haven't found a use for yet.
