I love how simple this system is for our team members as well because they can access their calls from any computer in office which really helps us save time while managing work schedule of all employees across different locations at one place with ease! It's very user friendly so anyone could use without having technical knowledge about computers/phones etc., but some new feature that was introduced recently needs improvement such improvements should be done ASAP since we are using latest version (5). Benefits:- Easy integration- User interface.- Very clear explanation given by support staff when there were issues during implementation phase - no problems encountered yet,-.
