Abraham Lincoln, like many 19th century men, wore shawls as fine clothing. Although they have fallen out of fashion in the West, they continue to be used in Asia. I envied the Indian shawls and was glad to find them online. You need that for cool or drafty. As a hand weaver, I'm impressed by the craftsmanship; and given the current price of wool yarn I could not make it at the price I paid for it. Bring back the old fashion!
