The first month went smoothly. As of yesterday he started shocking my dog whenever the puppy moves (or if he removes the collar before he separates). Tonight my dog was electrocuted while sitting which prompted me to loosen the collar to take it off as soon as possible. While holding the collar, I felt two more blows in my hand. Level 3 only. She didn't bark. No loud noises to call him. And since I've already passed the 30 day mark 3 days, I have no way of returning or even making a defect claim. I hope I just received a defective product as the trainers (several) recommended it to me. But I'm frustrated with the inability to contact us for issues that barely get past the 30 day window. I hope you do it right. Also, this product does not come with a remote control. It comes with a clicker which is ineffective for dog training. The loading process runs smoothly. And it worked. But I'm not okay with my child getting the shock without doing something wrong. I'm here to correct the previous owner's behavior. Don't scare her if she hasn't done anything wrong.
