I’m a runner and usually wake before sunrise to get my run in for the day. I bought these as a way to make my morning runs safer by increasing my visibility to cars passing by.The green strobe light is bright and eye-catching and I feel comfortable knowing that even if my clothing is dark and the sun is not up, I am visible to others on the road.I have only used these clipped onto the laces of my shoes so I can’t attest to their ability to remain attached to clothing but in so far in my experience, they have stayed put on my shoes and not come off during my runs. The clips are small (about the size of a quarter) and made of plastic. Turning them off/on is done by simply twisting the light clockwise or counterclockwise – be careful not to twist too much though, the light can pop off and allow the battery to slide out.Overall, I’m pleased with this product, especially for the price of under seven dollars for the set of two. They’re a budget-friendly option and definitely make me feel safer when running in the darker morning hours.
