The package with the goods was already open when I received it. It also had missing parts. My first thought was that they sent me a used or returned product. I decided to trust him when in doubt and give it a try. After reading the guide I was curious how much hair is saved until you need to empty the saved hair. When I opened the razor, my worst nightmare came true. The hair storage compartment was already FILLED with hair! I literally threw up. I AM INCREDIBLE DISPLAYED that not only was I sent someone's returned straight razor, but it was STILL FULL OF BLACK SMOKING HAIR! 🤮🤮🤮 this experience was really traumatic. Of course I will ask for a refund. The company card said it would replace the device, but I don't know if I can look at another of these devices again without thinking about the hair experience. Anyway, I'm so mad they sent me a disgusting used/returned item and now I don't have a razor! I've been looking for a suitable one for a long time. Unfortunately I chose this one. 🤮
