Doesn't feel like leather

I love the size and look of this bag. Very unusual and bright. However, it looks like plastic. I ordered a wallet and am concerned it may be too big to fit in my purse. That's a cute bag. I'm ambivalent about this, but I'll carry it around with me for a while and see what I think.
