This is by far one of the worst purchases I've ever made. There is constant hissing in the left earphone, making it impossible to listen to anything other than constantly loud music. Forget TV or phone calls and you can hear static even at normal music volume. This was a big disappointment. Anker claimed to have eliminated the noise with a firmware update, but that's a lie. The sound in the left ear also appears and disappears. I bought a pair and the right earbud stopped playing music completely, so I exchanged it for a new pair and encountered a different set of issues. Don't buy this. Spend more money to get a better pair. The only positive thing is that the battery lasts a very long time.
