Worked but caused terrible RFI.

The Element worked with a full-size mechanical hard drive running Windows 10. However, the Element's power supply caused terrible radio frequency interference (RFI) that was so bad that wireless mice or Wi-Fi couldn't be used on a computer with connected device. This also caused radio interference to other devices in the home. I did not find the FCC label on the product.
