I love both items and my neck fits well on the neck pillow. I may have to buy a second set as I have to look at my computer from home and my neck is killing me, but using a neck pillow every day while watching TV or sitting in my chair makes me feel like it is restored. and has already helped my neck alignment. As far as I know, this pillow doesn't have a chemical smell like other brands. The how-to video for their website is very helpful for relieving tension in the upper shoulders with a peanut ball. If you're a woman, I recommend lifting your hair before using the double ball. I really enjoy being on the balls to penetrate deeper and slide them over tight muscles that feel sore at first but really work on the kinks.
