The software is easy enough for new users without previous experience with other systems like ADP or Paychex/ADQA.

There are some features that can be confusing at first but once you get used it does not take long before everything becomes second nature! I have been able use this system since 2011 when they were acquired by Datapro from Aon Hewitt (payroll). This has allowed me great flexibility as well as being very user friendly compared to our former payroll provider - which was also extremely difficult after many years using them.
