Portability is key when it comes to air travel. I can fit three of these into a space that would fit under a Bowens LED. They are lightweight and easy to pack. The control box accepts V-mounts or plug-in power, but is a bit bulky. but not nearly as good as the alternatives. I can use this with some lumens to change light quality and still have less weight/volume than a Bowens mounting hole with a softbox. The light stand mount is a little clunky, but you can use it without in a pinch. very diverse.
