Ok ladies, I just wanted to share my experience. This is my second product from this company and I have to say they are fantastic. I received this waist trainer and it exceeded my expectations. Love it even more than the first one I bought and plan on getting at least 3 more exactly the same once they go back on sale. Got a big one, it was a bit tight but that's what I wanted. I have a pair of jeans that I just ordered, they are a size 10 but they fit more like a size 8, I can't close them haha. I received my waist trainer today and knew if I could zip up these pants this product would be awesome, well they zip up! It shrunk me a full size, it's snug in all the right places but not to the point where I can't breathe or bend down to pick things up. If you don't want a super skinny fit, stick with the original size. My waist is 31 inches and I should have gotten the XL but went for the large instead. I'm 5ft 10" and 220. Hope this helps :)
