Review on OtterBox Symmetry Clear Series Case For IPhone 11 Pro Max - Clear by Shree Carmean

I've been a fan of the Symmetry case for many years. This has been my iPhone case since the 7 plus days. In many cases, this is either a protection or an understated design. There really is no middle ground. The case of symmetry reverses this. Sturdy, rugged case, I've used Symmetry all year round wherever I go. It doesn't add bulk to your phone and has a really nice color/design. I usually go black, but this year I went with Aspen Gleam and it's a nice change. Note that the rubber around the top edge of the display is more of a mustard brown, offset by a bright but very normal yellow. Otterbox makes really great cases that last. Over the years I've had issues with Otterbox's customer service that have been awful. I wanted to replace the parts (Defender and Commuter) and it takes months even if I pay for it. This year, Walmart launched cases with generic iPhone branding, such as iPhone 2019 small and iPhone 2019 large. I assumed big meant Pro Max, but that's not the case. So I probably spent 45 minutes talking to Walmart and another 45 minutes talking to Otterbox and eventually Walmart gave me my money back due to Otterbox generic labeling, Otterbox basically refused to help. I hope they get the right markings on the hulls soon. I'm more tolerant of some of the Otterbox CS headaches because the cases are really good.
