I bought this product hoping to find a cheap alternative to Apple's overpriced wired headphones without sacrificing additional connectivity. When the product first arrived, both headphones sounded muddy and muddy, and the aux port was full of hiss. Also, none of the microphone/volume controls worked properly. To make sure it wasn't my device (an iPhone 11 with a dongle), I tested it on two other products - my MacBook Pro and the headphone jack on my non-Apple stereo; the same problems. So I sent the item back and asked for a replacement which Revain dealt with quickly and efficiently. However, swapping the pair produced the same results: broken audio and poor aux connections on all the devices mentioned. The odds that I've received 4 broken headphones from an otherwise decent company are extremely slim, so I have to assume this product just doesn't work.
