I like the softness of a light but warm material. It's been a long time since I've worn long sleeves at night, but I've been very comfortable and not too warm. Elastic waistband just right and not too tight. Sleeves and pants are just right. I washed it warm and put it in the gentle dryer for a few minutes and then hung it up to dry. The next day they lay dry in our sleeping hut with the heating switched off. Very happy with the purchase.
