It works well for me as I can send payments using my bitcoin address or receive them from others' addresses. It's also quite easy to set up an account and start accepting payments. The customer service was very helpful when we had any questions. They were able to quickly resolve the issue at hand. Sometimes it takes some time before new updates are available. If there isn't anything wrong with your setup, then this shouldn't be too much of an issue. You must register an account if you aren't already registered with us. We're solving several problems by being able to accept bitcoin payments through their website without having to worry about converting to fiat currency first and dealing with exchanges or banks/payments processors. I like how easy it was for me as an end user (not developer) - not having any technical knowledge about this platform helps because if there's something wrong or missing then we can easily find out what needs fixing! The interface looks very good but maybe could be more intuitive? It took some time getting used too due its newness so no problems yet from my side using blockonomics wallet/applications etc..
