I bought two of these in early December. One to use and one to give at Christmas. Mine worked for about two weeks and then just stopped, no matter what I tried it didn't hold the phone's charge (iPhone 12). It blinked for a split second and then disappeared. Even when used outside of the case, with different charging blocks, different sockets, etc. I gave another one away for Christmas and they worked like that straight away. I have a feeling it has something to do with how the cable connects to the charger. I think when the phone is placed on the charger it pushes down and then pulls out the cable because there isn't much space between the cable and the table top. I sent both back to UPS this morning (December 26th) and Revain has already refunded the money to my Revain account.
