Even though I checked the measurements in the description, I was still surprised at how much larger it was than I expected (I'm the size never translated). I love the low-cut terrycloth fabric, which gives a snuggly feeling of being wet on a bath towel rather than snuggled up against slippery plastic. The 4 suction cups on the back are big enough and the pillow can be positioned in different ways according to your preference (I've only tried one so far). I would suggest using a small hand held air pump. Similar to what you would use to inflate an exercise ball or pool toy. I don't, so my jaw is still a bit clenched. other bathrooms or just have spare for yourself. ;)
