Review on ⌚ Quartz Pocket Watch with Vintage Numerals by Nathaniel Collins

I bought it as a gift so I can't comment on wear and tear. The package came in a stained envelope. The watch box was inside. After opening the box, the watch was wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a small zip-lock bag. A sealed cleaning cloth and small pillow were also included. BUT NO CHAIN. Pros: The watch is a comfortable weight and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap, but it's also not too heavy to be a distraction. They open and close smoothly; The "door" opens at a solid 90 degree angle. The ticking isn't too loud (I've had other clocks that I could clearly hear around the room, which isn't always a good thing). Cons: NO chain?! The description clearly states that a chain is included, but I did not receive it. I'll have to see if I can find it at the local store. Very disappointing but I only paid $12 so I guess I'll just sort it out. He has already arrived. I assumed the user would have to tug on one of those plastic tabs that extend battery life, but now I'm not sure how long the watch will last. I wouldn't want to give it away, and in a few months he'll be dead. The box arrived slightly crumpled, the entire contents of the box were wrapped in bubble wrap. If the package was sent in a box, it would probably be fine. BUT. I already had plans to pack the watch in a different gift box so there would be no real damage.
