Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Enhance Your Switch Gaming Experience with Joy-Pad Controller: Left and Right Controllers with Grip Support, Wake-up Function - Orange and Green by Jeff Kickthedogband

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Broke after a few months!

I had a joycon drift problem with official joycons and even brought them in for repair twice. The first time was at GameStop but they couldn't fix it because I bought it from someone, there was no guarantee. I have sent in other out-of-warranty units for repair and this was not a problem. The second time I sent them to Nintendo and they fixed everything. The controller was not charged after I returned it. So I contacted them and told them about the problem, they said they wanted their problem. So I decided to buy controllers from a third party because the official controllers are too expensive for just one. It was amazing to get both controllers for about the same price! But here I have a problem, the controllers I bought didn't have NFC function. The description says they did. But I wasn't mad about it because the left stick broke initially. The main problem I had was about 3 months ago after the return option expired. They didn't hold a charge very long so I had to play on a portable device to keep it charged. I decided to charge the controller and not use my Switch at all for a few days to see if that made a difference, and it did. But not being able to play on my switch really bothered me! Just a few days ago, these controllers wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour regardless of whether I let them charge for a few days or not. I bought an external charger to see if they would charge, the light on my official joycon came on and said it was charging. So I knew the charger was working, I put a third party controller in and the light didn't come on. Joycon died, it was impossible to accuse him. I would recommend NOT buying these third party controllers. I contacted the company that makes them and no one bothered to reply that they are new, they were defective. If you love your switch that much, you shouldn't mind spending the extra money on something you know will work. Aside from floating on official joycons, they're much better than third-party ones, and Nintendo will help you even if your Switch is second-hand. Nintendo doesn't have any guarantees, unlike companies that sell their products that eventually expire. Sorry for the long review but people need to know this!
