The product is cheaply made and arrived cracked. The sellers did contact me for photos of the damage which i sent. But its like they really don't want to accept the return and this return is not going as seamless as other Ebay returns I've done. Just buy something else from someone else. Its not the buyer's fault that the cart arrives all cracked up.Update: The seller contacted me to ensure me that once they receive the returned box, they would issue a credit. So at least they will contact you to try to show they are concerned. It's a shame that the cart is just not better constructed. I would have kept it if it weren't damaged.
