The ability to create custom dashboards for my teams is really helpful! It's also helped us to better understand the current state of our product. Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out how it works (especially if you're not used to it). I would recommend having a little background knowledge of BI tools so your expectations are realistic. We've been using it for about two years now. There is no downside that I'm aware of. The main benefit we have realized is having better insights into our pipeline/workload.
