The couch was great when it came in it was perfectly prepared and separated into seven boxes. I got three boxes on the first day and four boxes the next day. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because one of the connector pieces broke although it is still held together with one of the pieces I need the other to make it more stable, I already contacted ebay and they are sending me extra arm and back connector pieces. They message me back within a reasonable time so I’m hoping I get the pieces soon as well, other than that my apartment is about 550 ft.² and this couch still makes it feel big! It’s comfortable but, firm definitely needs a little bit of wear and tear, but that will come with time. I like the firmness of a couch in the beginning, usually means it’ll last longer. I never write reviews on anything, so this is a very honest one. I already had a guest sleep on it and say that it was very comfortable to sleep on they just put a comforter underneath them and a blanket on top so that way the creases in the couch weren’t felt. I can definitely see myself buying other Ottomans to attach on later in life to make it bigger. Thank you for the couch!
