I bought these after losing my JBL Live 300. I was looking for something just as good but a little cheaper. I stumbled across them and looked at some of the reviews. Flossy Carter's review gave me the green light, but god he was wrong. The quality is not what you would expect from Sennheiser. And the terrible app is almost unusable. I usually apologize for the sound quality when you can set your own equalizer, but the app for that doesn't work half the time. When you run it, it just doesn't connect to the headphones. It shows them for a second but then says the connection failed. If you pass this, the app will be very slow and glitchy. Even if the app works, the equalizer only includes bass, middle and treble, so you can't fully customize it to your liking. A few good points about these headphones. They are lightweight and don't move easily in the ear. The magnets for attaching the earphones and closing the case are very practical. The touch controls are very responsive. Audio queues and tones are crisp and clear. And the battery life is good + it charges quickly. So ditch the headphones and get the JBL Live 300. Much better sound quality and a working app. They retail for $150 but are often sold for $100 (I bought them on Amazon for $75). You also get auto play/pause and slightly better IPX5 water resistance.
