Used them in the kitchen where we had a thin blanket. Throw them in while we build our own kitchen. They work great. I don't know how to change the light from cold to warm but they seem to be dimmed. Installation is a bit tricky as the box is slightly larger than the circle of the fixture. But this can be done.
