It was just what I needed for my class: two nice stools, solid wood, comfortable center handle. When they arrived I opened the first one and was delighted. The second, also carefully packaged, had a broken bar on the underside of the seat. It was evident that it had been intentionally and carefully packaged with the full understanding that a broken item was being transported. As I mentioned in the title, the packaging was undamaged, so no damage occurred in transit. What a disappointment. I fixed it as best I could. I have not even attempted to initiate an exchange or refund from a seller known to supply a defective item. Buy with care and expect your product to be damaged.
