Not OEM but has worked for me for a few months so far.

If your F150 fan only has one or two speeds, e.g. B. fast and very fast, you need this part. Easy removal and replacement with access behind the glove box. This circuit board stays in the air path of the ventilation system to keep it cool as the resistors heat up as they draw power to reduce fan speed.
